

Acacia is a genus of shrubs and trees belonging to the subfamily Mimosoideae of the family Fabaceae. The Acacia Borleae grows to 5 metres. It is a very hardy tree and is grown extensively in Zimbabwe and the Northern parts of South Africa. It does very well without tending and thrives in the dryer lowveld areas.
