Not entirely satisfied with your purchase?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, notify us within 14 days of the date of receipt by emailing us at email@example.com. Please quote your order number in the email.
Ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging and securely packed and we will let you know the day they will be collected by our couriers.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If all is in order, then your refund will be processed. We reserve the right to either refund your payment to either the original payment method you used to make payment for your order or to your South African Bank account. Refunds are processed within 2 working days though keep in mind that if your credit / debit card is being refunded that the refund may take up to 7 working days to reflect due to our card processors procedures. Alternately we can issue you with a credit for future use on our site.

When does this policy not apply?
Special / Customised orders are exempt from being returned.
Orders delivered outside of South Africa are exempt from being returned.
Perishable goods cannot be returned.
When 14 days has passed since an item was delivered we unfortunately can't accept a return.
Gift cards / Gift Vouchers are not returnable / refundable.
Any item returned that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
