No Telephone Support
Our customer services team won’t be taking any phone calls from customers over this period (14 December till 7 January 2019). Through extensive experience, we're found that handling support queries via email over the holiday period is the most efficient and effective channel. By temporarily disabling phone calls during this period, we will increase the number of support tickets we can deal with, offering an overall better service level to all customers.
