

Diplotaxis erucoides is an annual herb growing to 0.5 m . The flowers are hermaphrodite (have both male and female organs) and are pollinated by Insects. Leaves are edible and used raw or cooked. A mustard-like flavour very different from Sweet Rocket. They can be added to salads for a wild and rustic flavour. |
