Sparaxis is a genus in the Iridaceae family that is endemic to South Africa and found mostly in the south-western Cape and the western Karoo. They are easy to grow in Mediterranean climates. They have been in cultivation for a number of years and there are many colourful hybrids grown as well.. Sparaxis hybridize easily in the garden.

Striking orange to salmon pink flowers with yellow blacks and centres. Growing up to 40cm, sow this variety in autumn.
