Ficus is a genus of about 850 species of woody trees, shrubs and vines. Collectively known as fig trees or figs, they are native throughout the tropics with a few species extending into the semi-warm temperate zone.
"Common wild fig", grows between 5-20m. Evergreen tree with small leaves and small figs in spring and summer. Makes a fine shade tree for larger gardens.
