Crocosmia Jupiter — Falling Stars | 10 Corms

Warm, vivid, and effortlessly beautiful — Crocosmia Jupiter will cast a glowing, fiery warmth upon your garden throughout summer. Its arching sprays of rich orange blooms cascade along elegant, sword-like foliage like falling stars — which is exactly what this genus is commonly known as. Simple to cultivate and even easier to adore, Jupiter is one of the most rewarding summer bulbs you can grow, naturalising freely and returning year after year with increasing vigour.

A member of the Iridaceae family, Crocosmia grows from corms and thrives in full sun to semi-shade with deep, moist soil. Unlike many summer bulbs, there is no need to lift Crocosmia — simply mulch with compost and feed with Hadeco Bulb Food during summer to encourage the best possible display. It reaches a mature height of around 1m and is hardy down to 0°C.
