Ready to harvest at 76 days the Ancho Grande is called the "Poblano" when green. These peppers are 10cm long and 5cm across at the top then tapering to a blunt point. The peppers ripen from a dark green to rust red. Plants grow to about 80-100cm high and has a continuous harvest. This has a scoville rating of 500 to 2500 SHUs.
