1. Discount will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout.
2. The discount does not apply to lawn grass seeds.
3. This Discount does not apply to courier / shipping charges. 
4. The 15% Discount applies to online orders only. The discount does not apply to custom orders. Email orders and telephonic orders will not be accepted over the Black Friday sale period.
5. The Discount will not apply to any item that cannot be purchased on our online store.
6. Discount only applies to orders placed online from 10am Tuesday 25 November till Midnight on Monday 1 December 2025. 
7. The 15% Discount applies to orders that are fully paid by midnight on Monday 1 December 2025 only. Seeds for Africa reserves the right to cancel or rescind the discount on any orders that are not fully paid on Monday 1 December 2025.
8. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or current promotions.
9. Due to the high volume of orders experienced on sale days, same day dispatch does not apply. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
10. Due to the extreme pressure the couriers are under over the Black Friday period, please allow up to 10 working days from date of dispatch for delivery of your parcel.

CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER SALE PERIOD

• Retail Store
  In order to process orders as fast and efficiently as possible our retail store will be closed over the sale period - 25 November till 2 December and will reopen on Wednesday 3 December 2025..
  
  Collections
  We will be processing orders for collection over the sale period. Please however note that you should not come to collect your order till you have received a notification to do so.
  
  No Telephone or Whatsapp Support
  Our customer services team won’t be taking any phone calls from customers over this period (25 November 2025 till 4 December 2025). Through extensive experience, we've found that handling support queries via email is the most efficient and effective channel. By temporarily disabling phone calls during this high volume period, we will increase the number of support tickets we can deal with, offering an overall better service level to all customers.   No Custom Orders, Email Orders, Whatsapp Orders, Telephonic Orders
  Any email or custom orders received over this period will be processed after Monday 1 December 2025. Per the terms and conditions indicated the discount will not apply to these orders.  
  
  Extended parcel processing times and delivery periods
  Due to the high volume of orders experienced on sale days, same day dispatch does not apply.
