Aji Panca originates from Peru, where it is frequently used in the kitchen. This chili has a sweet, berry-like and slightly smoky flavour. It's delicious raw in salads, stews and (mole) sauces. The pepper is about 8-15 cm long and about 3 cm in diameter. They mature from green to burgundy brown. Also suitable for drying, so you can use the pepper later. After repotting it will take 85 - 90 days for the peppers to be mature.
