Penwiper Plant is a beautiful blue succulent with scalloped edges and splashy purple markings. Native to Ethiopia, it will thrive on a bright windowsill or outdoors .. About a foot tall, it's always a handsome specimen, but the blooms are astonishing. In winter, it sends out exotic clusters of 2" white stars on long stems, entirely unique to this genus. They look more like giant jasmine than succulent blooms. Kalanchoe likes full sun or bright shade, rarely needs water, is the perfect houseguest. The maroon spots are more pronounced in strong sunlight, the scalloped blue-green leaves are always attractive. It spread by offsets and gradually grows into beautiful clump.
